Sizing & Options: We listen to your current needs and your future aspirations, then work with you to determine the right style, size, configuration, and options to best satisfy those goals.

Vinyl vs. Painted, Plywood vs. Oriented Strand Board (OSB), Shingle vs. Metal: We help you weigh the benefits of our maintenance-free vinyl (ideal for WNY weather) against our beautiful painted options, speak to the structural differences between plywood and OSB, and share our insights on roofing. We strive to educate our customers before they make their purchase so they know exactly what they’re getting.

Built-To-Order: Typically, our Amish manufacturers are working on a four to six lead time depending on the time of season and weather conditions.

Inventory: These sheds move fast and could be in your backyard quickly, usually within two to three weeks.

Why We Do It: We confirm that your chosen shed fits your vision and your space perfectly. We evaluate your backyard’s accessibility, topography, and drainage.

No Guesswork: We stake out the shed’s dimensions with indicator flags so you can actually visualize the shed’s real-life footprint. Additionally, we answer questions about placement, permits, color matching, and access before your shed is ever built.

Advisement: We recommend the best foundation (our standard patio block leveling or a professionally installed stone pad), outline required pre-delivery steps (branch trimming, bush pulling, fence post removal, etc.), and provide free advice if you’re doing any job yourself.

The “Mule” Delivery: We utilize specialized motorized equipment, called a shed mule, and dolly wheels to roll your pre-assembled shed directly into your backyard. It is designed to navigate tight spaces without tearing up your lawn. If a standard riding tractor can mow your lawn without damage, our mule can deliver your shed.

Services: If your backyard has limited clearance and/or needs an existing shed teared down and removed, we offer fence removal and shed demo services to facilitate a pre-built delivery. Fence removal is often more cost-effective than the alternative, which would be to build your shed on-site.

Expert On-Site Construction: If your yard simply won’t allow for a pre-built delivery, our dedicated building crew, led by our head builder, can construct your shed right in your backyard. We arrive with pre-framed walls, pre-assembled rafters, and pre-cut materials to ensure your shed is completed in a single day (typically four to seven hours).

Standard Construction: Every structure features at least ¾” treated plywood flooring, 16” on-center framing, ½” plywood sheeting on walls and roofs, two windows with shutters, standard 30-year architectural shingles, gable vents, and a 6/12 roof pitch.
